10 Super Foods That Help You Live Longer

Although most fresh whole foods can be considered super foods for our health, some of them are giving you just that bit more and truly deserve the term super food.

These 10 yummy super foods are packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals to reduce the risk of many diseases and help you to live longer.

1.    Blueberries

These tiny little blue guys are antioxidant powerhouses. They are loaded with polyphenols which can reduce the risk of sudden death by an amazing 30%…. and also cut the risk of cancer, diabetes, obesity, and many other life-threatening diseases.

2.    Leafy Greens

Leafy greens –such as kale, broccoli, watercress, bok choy, chard, and spinach – are chock full of fibers, antioxidants and other health promoting nutrients to keep your body happy and healthy.

3.    Chia Seeds
