  • 3 carrots

  • 2 celery stalks

  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • ½ head of cabbage
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ onion

Dandelion Cleanse

  • 6 tablespoons dried dandelion root
  • 12 tablespoons fresh dandelion leaves
  • 4 cups water

Fresh Cranberry Juice

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. apple pectin
  • 1 Tbsp. psyllium

Dilute the cranberry nectar with water, then stir in the apple pectin and psyllium. Up to 16 ounces of this can be safely consumed on a daily basis and the active compounds in the cranberries support healthy kidney function and help the body to excrete wastes naturally.

Fruit Cleanse

  • 8 ounces orange juice
  • 4 ounces water
  • 4 ounces yogurt
  • ½-inch section of ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1 Tbsp. citrus juice
  • 1 Tbsp. spirulina  powder

Add all ingredients together in blender and puree. This basis of this cleanse is the high fiber and nutrient content of the fruit, which will also help to cleanse the body and improve digestion and liver/kidney function.
