Directions

Bring water to a boil, then add the ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom and boil for 10 minutes. Add the black tea leaves and turn down heat, simmer for 2 minutes longer. Let tea mixture cool slightly, then add almond milk, strain, sweeten with honey and drink immediately.
