How to Make Raw Coconut Vinegar?

This homemade raw coconut vinegar is totally natural and loaded with several minerals and vitamins, and it can be simply made at home:

Ingredients:

  • 3 liters coconut water
  • 2-1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 liter mother vinegar(starter)

Directions:

Strain coconut water through a fine sieve and then add sugar inside, mix them well.

Boil the mixture at 149 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Let the coconut water cooling and transfer to a sterilized container.

Add yeast to the mixture, stir to mix well, cover and seal tightly in a glass container. Leave it for about a week.

Slowly decant the mixture and boil it for 20 minutes at 149 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add the starter and set aside for a month to attain vinegar with 5% acidity level.
