  2. Vitamin C:  Vitamin C provides antioxidant properties and is an important part of collagen synthesis.  Taking vitamin C orally helps decrease cell damage and heal bodily wounds. In some cases, vitamin C supplementation has helped reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
