The abnormal situation that begins at the anal region in between the layers of the anal sphincters is known as Anal fistula. A structure is formed in between the anal canal and perianal skin. People generally opt for surgeries and operation to get rid of the pain and discomfort. Major Causes of Anal fistula are accumulation of pus, incomplete cure of the abscesses, ulceration, microbial infections, surgical complications and inflammation at the anal region. Emblica Officinalis – The herb is commonly known as the Amalaki. This has anti-oxidating, regenerating properties.
