Lemon with Garlic Mixture: Perfect for Clearing Heart Blockages
Method #1
Ingredients:
4 large garlic bulbs
4 lemons with peel
Root of ginger (3-4 cm )
8 cups/ 2 liters of clean water
Preparation:
Wash the lemon and chop it into pieces, then clean the garlic.
Place lemon, garlic and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the mixture in a bowl with 2 liters of water, and put it on fire until it boils. Stir occasional. After the water boils, remove the bowl.
Cover the bowl and leave to cool. Strain and store in glass jar.
You should drink one cup per day, at least 2 hours before eating, every day for three weeks.
Method #2
Ingredients:
6 peeled lemons, cut into small pieces.
30 cloves garlic, chopped to small pieces.
Put in food processor or blender, top up with adequate water, and blend.
Pour into pot and add 2 litres of water.
Bring to boil and simmer for another five minutes.
When cooled, sieve the liquid and transfer into glass bottle.
Discard the residue.
Store in fridge.
Directions for consumption:
1. First Dosage: Drink 50ml each day for three weeks.
2. Then stop for one week.
3. Second Dosage: Drink 50ml each day for the next three weeks.
