Most antibiotic meds don’t work and others can harm your health. That’s because most of the foods we consume (especially meat and dairy) have antibiotic residue. So this makes our bodies resistant to antibiotics.

Luckily, you can use natural methods to prevent infections and strengthen your immune system. Even though this natural antibiotic is a little spicy, it’ll help fight infections.

How to make the most powerful natural antibiotic

What you need:

  • ¼ cup of chopped garlic
  • 3 cups of apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup of chopped onion
  • 2 fresh red peppers
  • ¼ cup of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of grated horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric

How to prepare

  1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl (except the apple cider vinegar).
  2. After you mix the mixture properly, put it in a large jar in a lid.
  3. Add the ACV in the jar, stir and cover the lid.
  4. Store the jar in a cool dry place for two weeks. It should be ready for use after two weeks.
  5. Take one tablespoon every day to kill infections and boost immune system.

Now, this is not the only natural remedy. There are foods that have strong antibiotic properties. Here’s a list of these foods.

Grapefruit seed extract

Grapefruit seed extract or GSE does a great job preventing fungal and bacterial infections. Make sure you dilute it before using.

Honey

Honey is rich in peroxide which has strong antibiotic properties. Some experts believe that Manuka honey (found in New Zealand) is more potent that other types of honey.

Garlic

As you can see, garlic is an ingredient in the above recipe. It helps fight different types of infections, bacteria and viruses. It has been used for years to fight off colds and flus.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon helps reduce the amount of sugar in the blood and it can greatly benefit people with diabetes. Research also shows that cinnamon helps treat yeast infections.

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus has very strong antiseptic properties. You can apply it on the skin or put it in tea to treat coughs.

Ginger

Ginger has many healing properties. It can muscle pain, nausea, colds and flus.

Note that all the ingredients in the recipe have strong antibiotic properties.

I find Manuka honey works better for me.

  • I am in Australia and what people in the USA mean by red peppers can be quite different to what we mean. So we mean red chili peppers, or red bell peppers (capsicum). Which type do American people mean?

    • PrayingMantis2

Generally, U.S. recipes would say “red bell” or “red sweet” or name the specific hot pepper. This one did not specify. Either one has healing properties, but obviously the hot pepper is going to get the mucus flowing if you can tolerate the heat on a daily basis.

I disagree with this. You do not need to make special conconctions like this. Just get wild Greek Oregano oil (100 % pure), I get mine on Amazon, then get a bunch of large fillable capsules at the health food store, and put a few drops of the oil in one and swallow it on a full tummy. It is a “hot” oil so you must take it as a capsule and have food in your stomach. BTW I see now it is available already in capsule form but I prefer making up my own and can vary the drops by 2-8 depending how I feel. I take one a day and it will keep you healthy. I haven’t had a cold for years now….nor any other medical illness. All I can say is try it.

Might I also add that I felt a cold coming on hyesterday with running nose, so I went and had some toast and a capsule of my oregano oil, and today NO cold symptoms at all! Oregano oil is a anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-protazoan, herb with no side effects and the drug companies would LOVE to patent it and sell it to us for $1,000. a capsule but thank God since it is a herb, they can not….unless they fool with it and change it so not only will it be no longer effective, it will also have side effects…just like what they did with cannibis. Nothing beats pure and natural

There are many antibiotic herbs but for any infection whether viral, bacterial or fungi I always use colloidal silver which I make myself using 99.9 percent silver coins and distilled water.

    • czynik

The U.S. Mint never made “pure” silver coins because 99.9 percent silver is too soft to use in circulation. Dimes, quarters and half dollars were minted with 90 percent silver content through 1964.

Colloidal silver is not made from coin silver.

Colloidal silver is a suspension of submicroscopic metallic
silver particles in a colloidal base. Long-term use of silver
preparations can lead to argyria, a condition in which silver
salts deposit in the skin, eyes, and internal organs, and the
skin turns ashen-gray. Many cases of argyria occurred during the
pre-antibiotic era when silver was a common ingredient in nosedrops.
When the cause became apparent, doctors stopped recommending their
use, and reputable manufacturers stopped producing them. The official
drug guidebooks (United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary)
have not listed colloidal silver products since 1975.

Regarding the above recipe, once the concoction has been stored in cool place for two weeks and is ready to ingest, how should I store, should it then be kept in refrigerator? Or just in cool place? And wonder how long it is okay to use/expiration date?
