Juicing, it is all over the media these days. But why would you go with this craze? Well juicing is the best that ever happened to me, apart from having my children, but it did change my life.

For several years I had not been able to shed any weight. No, that is not completely true, the last time I lost 3 kilos was after a 4 month period of feeling hungry and deprived. And only losing 3 kilos in 4 months, no way anybody can keep doing that.

I was about to move to Dubai, following my husband and his job, when my brother-in-law mentioned green juices to me. If I had tried that? No not really. This question kept lingering in my mind. And so I started incorporating juices into my diet and …. I lost 8, 2 kilos in less than 2 months, isn’t that amazing.

Why juicing?

When we juice fruits and vegetables, we give to our body all necessary nutrients in the easiest way possible. We do not put any strain on our digestive system and therefore our body can start to heal itself. Whatever your problem is, having too much extra weight or a skin disorder, your body will be able to start tackling the problem.

Is juicing hard?

Not at all, the easiest way is starting to incorporate juicing in your daily routine. A juice for breakfast is easy and the best way to start your day.
