12 cups pure water
1 cup raw honey
6 lemons, peeled and juiced
1 drop lavender essential oil
Lavender sprigs for garnish

Direction:

Pour 1/2 the water in a pan, let it boil and then get it away from the heat.
Include the honey and dried lavender and let it steep for more or less 20 minutes.
Strain the blend and fill a bigger container.
Include lemon juice and the remaining water.
Mix all of the ingredients well.
Now enjoy it.

Lemon Honey Anti-Anxiety Elixir

Ingredients:

2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Raw Honey

Direction:

Add everything to a bowl, mix well and take three times a day.

Magnesium Anti-Anxiety Elixir

Ingredients:

1 tbs of magnesium
1 glass of water
½ of a lemon
1 or 2 drops of Stevia
1 ice cube

Instructions:

Get 1 tbs of magnesium and put it into a glass of water and stir well.
Put ½ lemon into the mix.
You can also put lime if you want to.
Add 1 or 2 drops of organic stevia, depending on your taste.
Drop 1 ice cube into the combination.
