The Fight Against Cancer…AIDS…Depression – Stop Declaring War on Yourself.

The fight against cancer…
The fight against aids…
The fight against depression…

When did we all decide that “fighting against” something was the best most effective course of action? Declaring an internal war within your self doesn’t say, “healing” to me.

Many of the treatments that western medicine subscribe to are doing just that – chemotherapy and radiation, antidepressants, immunosuppressants, and even diet pills all work against the body’s normal responses.

On an external level think about how you feel when you fight with someone. Stressed, tense, angry, tight, pressured, agitated, unsettled – none of these are positive.
Now, forget the other person for a moment and put a duplicate of yourself there in front of you to yell at and combatively engage with. Does that seem productive or healthy? Does it feel good?

On a cellular level that’s exactly what you are choosing as your attempted path towards wellness – scolding and anger, telling your body it’s wrong for behaving as it is and fighting against it…

When your body is in a state of disease (dis-ease) it is trying to communicate with you. It is sending you signals that something is wrong. Rather than immediately trying to cover the symptoms (signals), which is akin to saying “shut up” in an argument, a completely different approach would be to try and interoperate the message and in doing so heal and release the actual cause.

An amazingly helpful book was written by Louise L. Hay called Heal Your Body. It deals with the root level metaphysical causations (your mental, emotional, and spiritual thoughts and or beliefs that may be lending to the cause of this physical manifestation of illness). This is an A-Z listing of ailments that you can use as a reference guide to help you learn to hear your body. The more you do this, the easier it becomes to plug into your own intuition – we have all the answers inside of us, we just need to learn to listen.

How to use the book:
1. Look up the cause. See if you feel this is true for you. If not, sit quietly and ask yourself, “what could be the thoughts in me that created this?”
2. Repeat to yourself (out loud if you can), “I am willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that has created this condition.”
3. Repeat the new thought pattern to yourself several times.
4. Assume you are already in the process of healing.
-Whenever you think about your condition, repeat these steps.

Examples:

Cancer – Stems from: Deep hurt and long standing resentment. Deep secret grief a literal eating away at the self. Carrying hatreds. A feeling of “what’s the use?”

The mantra/thought pattern to help correct this: I lovingly forgive and release all of the past. I choose to fill my world with joy. I love and approve of myself.”

AIDS – Stems from: Denial of the self. Sexual guilt. A strong belief in not being “good enough”.

The mantra/thought pattern to help correct this: I am a Devine magnificent expression of life. I rejoice in my sexuality. I rejoice in all that I am. I love myself.”

High Blood Pressure – Stems from long standing unresolved emotional problems. A volcano. Making mountains out of molehills.

The mantra/thought pattern to help correct this: I joyously release the past. I am at peace.

It has been scientifically proven that a good attitude and belief that you will get well helps tremendously in recovery from disease and surgeries. It’s not so far of a stretch to believe that you can hold two-way communications with your cells. We influence our bodies on a cellular level by the thoughts we think, the words we say and the feelings that we hold.

So first step to true wellness? – Change your thoughts – Drop the weapons and stop declaring war on yourself. Try instead working with your body. Tell your body that you love it, thank it for the message and that you now allow yourself to heal.

Second step: Find modalities of healing that encourage this approach. No one single approach works for everyone. We are all different; the causes of our illnesses are individual.

Some helpful healing suggestions:

Nutritional blood analysis
Nutritional response testing
Cellular level cleansing –BePure 21 Day Cleanse
Using essential oils and Bach flower remedies medicinally
Making sure you drink good clean pure water
Juicing
Organic non-GMO foods
Massage
Rolfing for structural realignment
Acupuncture/Acupressure
Get plenty of sunshine
Get exercise
meditate
Do things that make you happy
Eliminate as much stress as possible
Pink Himalayan salt baths as well as internally 1 teaspoon daily.
Dry brushing to help clear and circulate lymphatic drainage
Limit chemical product use and go as natural as you can
Thermography imaging rather than radiating the body to diagnose cancers
Use a holistic mercury free dentist

The kinder you can be to yourself, the more likely you are to heal permanently.
