My Thoughts on My Life,Love and Family…..

We fell into Love and haven’t climbed out yet. We have loved and hated. We argue and make up. We cry and laugh. We are parents and we are a son and a daughter. We survived our youth only to struggle through adulthood. The invincibility we felt in our youth brought us to places we should not have been and places we needed to be, to grow as people. We made good choices and we made not so good choices and these made us stronger and weaker and hopefully we learned and became wiser. We became parents with not a clue what that meant. No guide book to lead us. We did the best we could or hoped we did. We led our children into an adventure of their own called Life. Hopefully the many mistakes we made and are still making as parents will not be detrimental to them as humans. They are all highly intelligent and know right from wrong. It is just that a lot of times, wrong seems easier and more glamorous. But wrong usually leads to others being hurt and the wrongdoer losing self-respect. We want better for our sons and we want them to grow into people that others can trust. Someone that others know as trustworthy and honest! We have lost many loved ones and friends. But these losses are only physical, as they are with us in spirit. Yes, they do look down upon us and we can see them in the heavens on a clear starry night! We all will at some point in our lives, whether we know it or not, be looked upon as a role model, adored by someone else. Usually someone younger or trying to find their way through a tough time in their life. Always act with integrity and as if someone else’s life and future depend on your actions. Because it very well may be true. We found that life is neither easy nor fair. So why would you believe that any one part of it will be any different. Such as growing up or marriage or parenthood or losing loved ones. We all must experience the greatness of life and the sorrows. Not only for our own growth, but for others in our lives. Our happiness’ and losses will become theirs also. But they will absorb and use them in different ways than we might, to grow in this life. We grow in life and we shrink in life. We embrace life and our loved ones and you as our friends!!
