Your kidneys and liver have a lot to endure these days. Food, water, and air aren’t as clean and chemical-free as they used to be and toxins are invading our bodies. With those high toxin levels your kidneys and liver have to go in overdrive and can’t keep up all their good work.
To give them the breathing space they need and help to complete their task it is important to reduce your toxic overload as much as possible. Eat a whole food diet low in animal protein and carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and processed foods. Choose organic produce as much as possible to avoid pesticides and other chemicals. Drink adequate amounts of water and add cleansing juices to your diet to help your body eliminate more toxins.
Beets: help to pre-filter the blood, reduce stress on liver and kidneys, and aid the elimination of calcium oxalate stones.
