“Wellnessman” Endorses Natural Remedies for Health Problems

One of the tenets that “Wellnessman” stands for is to use natural, non-synthetic remedies to treat health problems. For instance, he will suggest natural anti-inflammatories for musculoskeletal pain, natural antifungals for nail and skin conditions and natural antibiotics for infections. He believes that they are safer with fewer side effects. Your body also does not see them as a “foreign invader” and this increases their effectiveness. So here is a brief summary of what he recommends.

In the presence of musculoskeletal pain, did you know that even the over-the-counter medications such as “Aleve” or “Ibuprofen” can cause a stomach ulcer, raise your blood pressure or even lead to gluten-sensitivity? “Wellnessman” wants nothing to do with that! That is why he will instead recommend Celery extract, Garlic or Curcumin to treat the problem. They can all treat the same problem without the side effects. However, they do need to be taken under doctor’s supervision due to drug interactions with “blood-thinning” medications. Curcumin also cannot be given to people that have a history of stomach ulcers. Taking a “Parent Essential Oil” such as “Flaxseed Oil” daily will also reduce general inflammation and decrease the chances for a problem to develop in the first place.

In the presence of fungus in the skin, “Wellnessman” recommends topical coconut oil or apple cider vinegar solution (mixed 75%/25% with water in a spray bottle) to target the problem in a holistic manner. In the presence of fungus in the nails, “Wellnessman” believes it is necessary to add an oral treatment. Some of the oral choices include organic coconut oil, apple cider vinegar capsules (or the liquid heavily diluted into 12 ounces of water/ beverage of choice), oregano capsules and odorless garlic supplements. A strong “Probiotic” with at least 40-50 billion cfu’s is also needed to help repair your immune system. These are all much safer than taking a prescription oral medication that can affect the liver! It is also important to wear the proper length shoes whereby you can wiggle your toes freely as if you were “playing the piano”. Existing shoes that are the proper length must also be treated with anti-fungal spray or “UV” light devices.

Finally, in the presence of bacteria, “Wellnessman” recommends Apple Cider Vinegar solution, Colloidal Silver or Lavender oil applied topically. Some other good topicals include Manuka honey, Oil of oregano, Tea tree oil, Olive Leaf extract and organic Coconut oil. Oral choices can include Garlic, Turmeric/Curcumin, Oil of oregano, sublingual Colloidal Silver, Larch extract and Goldenseal. By the way, the best treatment for any infection that has an “abscess” is to “incise and drain” it to prevent the bacteria from building up in an enclosed space. That should be done by a doctor! ”Wellnessman” can recommend a good holistic podiatrist if you need one:)

In conclusion, “Wellnessman” wants you to know that there are many natural and holistic remedies for everything from musculoskeletal pain to fungal and bacterial infections. A prescription antibiotic is synthetic and kills off the healthy bacteria in your gut, often times leading to diarrhea. Always take a “probiotic” supplement if you take an antibiotic and then keep taking it afterwards to strengthen your immune system.
